Reason for nt slping well? - yoyo competition .....

I admit i should be worrying bout my exams .... but ..i don't know why... i just worry about the competition more...... i am afraid i will go into depression mode again.... i am afraid of losing .......... i am afraid that i will screw up on stage... and i am afraid i will cry on the spot again ... =.=
